Registration

At reception we capture your details once and link every visit to a single hospital ID (UHID) so your records stay together.

  • Carry a valid photo ID; for children, bring the parent or guardian’s ID as needed.
  • Share your current phone number and address so we can reach you for reports or reminders.
  • Mention insurance or corporate tie-ups early so documentation can be guided correctly.

Consultation

You’ll meet your ENT consultant in a private setting. The doctor will examine as needed and may advise tests (e.g. hearing tests or endoscopy) on the same day when possible.

  • Bring a short list of symptoms, duration, and any previous treatment or reports.
  • Ask questions about diagnosis, medicines, and next steps before you leave the room.

Discharge

Before you leave—whether after a day visit or inpatient stay—you receive a clear summary and any prescriptions. Billing is settled as per your mode of payment or insurance process.

  • Discharge summary and medication instructions for home care.
  • Billing clearance and receipts; TPA / insurance paperwork as applicable.
  • Follow-up date or when to return if symptoms change.

Follow-up

ENT conditions often need review visits or long-term monitoring—especially for hearing, chronic sinus issues, or post-surgery recovery.

  • Attend review appointments so outcomes can be assessed and medicines adjusted.
  • Hearing health: periodic checks when advised by your consultant.
  • Contact the hospital sooner if you have worrying symptoms before the next scheduled visit.

Consultation & registration

Outpatient (OPD)

  • Book a slot via appointment or call 0866 243 5194; walk-in patients are seen subject to consultant availability.

  • Consultants evaluate in private examination rooms; nurses may assist with basic checks or direct you to audiometry or endoscopy as advised.
  • Ask about your diagnosis, medicines, next steps, and any procedure or surgery if recommended—our team encourages clear communication.

First visit tips

  • Arrive 15–20 minutes early for new registration and to complete any forms.
