Help desk

Your first stop for appointments, directions, forms, and everyday questions—so you never feel lost in the hospital.

What we assist with

  • Registration, appointment rescheduling, and OPD queue information
  • Directions to consulting rooms, diagnostics, pharmacy, and billing
  • General queries on visiting hours, attender passes, and parking nearby
  • Connecting you to billing, insurance desk, or ward staff when needed

Contact & hours

Reach us during working hours for the fastest response. For emergencies, follow the doctor’s or nurse’s instructions first.

Counselling

ENT conditions and procedures can affect sleep, voice, hearing, and confidence. We encourage open conversations with your care team.

How we support you

  • Explaining what to expect before and after surgery or laser procedures in clear language
  • Addressing worries about pain, recovery time, or return to work or school
  • Family discussions when a loved one needs extra reassurance or decision support
  • Referral to specialist mental health services when you need ongoing counselling outside the hospital

“Good care includes listening. If something feels unclear or overwhelming, tell your doctor or our staff—we will help you find answers.”

Care philosophy

Diet & nutrition

Food and fluids matter for healing after tonsil surgery, nasal procedures, and other ENT treatments. Guidance is tailored to your procedure and overall health.

Hydration

Adequate fluids support recovery and comfort; your team will advise if fasting is required before anaesthesia or certain tests.

Soft & balanced meals

After many ENT procedures, cool or warm soft foods and avoiding very hot or spicy items may be recommended for a period.

Follow your plan

Diabetes, blood pressure, and allergies affect diet choices—always follow the written advice from your consultant and dietitian if referred.

Note: Individual dietary rules vary by procedure and medical history. The information here is general; your discharge summary and doctor’s instructions take priority.

Health schemes

We help you understand paperwork for insurance and government or corporate health programmes. Approval rules depend on your policy and the hospital’s current agreements.

Insurance & cashless

  • Cashless eligibility, pre-authorisation forms, and TPA coordination
  • Itemised bills and formats useful for reimbursement claims
  • Clarifying what is typically covered vs. payable by the patient under your plan

Government & employer schemes

  • Guidance on documents for Ayushman Bharat / state schemes where applicable
  • ESI and other employer-linked benefits—ask billing for the latest empaneled list
  • We cannot guarantee scheme approval; we assist with correct documentation and routing

Patient education

Understanding your condition improves recovery. We share practical materials you can revisit at home.

At the hospital

  • Printed leaflets on common ENT topics and post-operative care
  • Demonstrations for nasal rinses, hearing aid basics, or voice rest as advised
  • Notices on infection control, hand hygiene, and visiting guidelines

Ask us

If you need information in a simpler language or for a family member, ask at the help desk or during consultation—we will do our best to assist.
